Our Services. Squeaky Clean Living delivers Post-Construction Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, Home Cleaning Service, Office Cleaning Service, Move-In Cleaning, Move-Out Cleaning. Site content is for informational purposes only and is not a guarantee of availability or pricing.
Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.
Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.
Ownership. Squeaky Clean Living (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.
Account Closure. Squeaky Clean Living reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.
Warranty Disclaimer. Squeaky Clean Living makes no representations or warranties about the Site or its content. Your use of the Site is solely at your own risk.
Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Squeaky Clean Living's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.
Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold Squeaky Clean Living harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.
Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by OK law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in OK for any dispute arising out of these Terms.
Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
